This tool is ideal to shorten the wick of your favorite diptyque candle. When the wick is shortened, the candle burns down more evenly.

To give your candle a long life and to avoid heavy sooting of the candle, shorten the wick regularly with wick trimmers as they would shorten the stems of the flowers of a bouquet. Carefully place the wick in the center again to prevent blackening of the glass.
